Built to bridge the gap
Summit360 was founded on a simple belief — that benefits should be personal, educational, and relational.
After nearly three decades in the employee-benefits industry, our founder, David Perry, saw a gap between how benefits are delivered and how they are truly understood. Employers wanted clarity. Employees wanted care. And the systems connecting them often lacked both.
Summit360 was built to bridge that gap — combining trusted experience, technology, and heart to make benefits simple, meaningful, and human.

With nearly 30 years of experience across every corner of the benefits landscape, David brings a unique, 360-degree perspective to every client relationship. He has worked within and alongside:
